Hi, I have been reaching out to customer service phone line, email and the TPG community here for the last one week regarding my mobile phone connection. The last response from your side was yesterday stating I have been sent an SMS with verification link. When I click on the link it says the URL is locked. I have repeatedly tried closing all tabs and reopening the link but with no success. I sent screenshots of the error messages in an email yesterday itself but I haven't received any response. I am a new TPG customer. I got 5G broadband connection from TPG about two weeks ago. I noticed the speed was quite low on your 50MB plan and upgraded to 100MB plan. The speed has not improved much however there have been significant frequent disconnection in service for the last two days. My work is suffering because of it.  I am unable to call your customer care as my mobile service (also with TPG) has not been activated for nine days now. I got my mobile phone number ported from Telstra two days ago and the TPG team assured me my sim was active and asked me to delete the extra number on settings. Now I have lost access to my Telstra service. I cannot call TPG for help and I am stuck with no call or SMS facility.
