Get online support
I have not had any netowrk connection since Monday last week. Service dropped out in the middle of a phone call and hasn't come back.
I have emailed customer_relations@tpg.com and helpdesk@tpg.com.au with NO RESPONSE. Not even an acknowledgement.
Payment for service was recently made successfully.
I cannot access my account online to check for issues.

I have been sending private messages and now am informed
"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later. "
I have no record of a Customer ID. I cannot access my account to check for it.
I have recently paid for my service and have proof.
