Hi there I have kept my old number from another service provider and TPG have just activated my account. I was told I would receive an sms on my old SIM card before I can switch to my new TPG sim card. I have not received this sms. I now have no service on either SIM card. I can't even call tech support because I have no phone. Can someone please tell me what I am supposed to do?
On my dashboard it simply says that my account is activated and ready to be used. Not true.
