i recntly switched over to tpg using my old number, however now there is no service on my old number which is my primary one, but i do have service on my new number which is my secondary one. How do i fix this so i have service on my primary number again.

Could you please confirm if you are pertaining to 2 TPG mobile services or the other one is a recently ported number?
