I have just had my tpg sim activated after my number has been ported from optus. Optus sim has stopped working now, tpg sim isn't working now even after the confirmation email has come threw. I went to do the activation steps again but my old sim isn't working so I cannot receive sms verification numbers. Can't make or receive calls to tpg so I'm trying to get some answers here. Please can someone help?
