Not able to enable roaming

I am not able to enable roaming on my SIM card as I am not able to login to my account. I am currently in Japan and when I try to login to my account, it sends a verification code to my registered mobile number. Since I am in a different country, I am not able to access the verification code sent in the sms.
Can you please help enable my roaming ?
