Get online support
I've ported my number over from Boost to TPG and received an email yesterday stating my number is now active. This has disconnected the connection I had with Boost but the number/plan itself is still not working and only allowing emergency calls.
I can't log into my TPG account because it is asking for an SMS verification to the same number that was just disconnected off Boost and hasn't activated with TPG.
How can I check if it's in progress? Or an activation failure issue, as I assume there's not meant to be downtime and the activation email is only sent once its active?
