I just realised that not All brands can use the TPG simcard unlike other telcos. Worst off is the access to the App that is most required to monitor calls and usage setup,etc.. The problem is that even if customer uses the card on an ipad for data, we cannot access the app cos the OTP is sent to mobile.
TPG should give option to receive OTP via registered email or phone so that the app can be used for ipad. Better still the 4g voice app may also be used by ipad if that works with OTP sent to registered email. Hope Something can be done.
