Overseas, not receiving sms

Hey, I am overseas and not receiving SMS while in Roaming. I cannot log in to my account without SMS so I created this secondary account.

We can check that. Send us PM with your TPG customer ID and we'll take it from there.

Do you have a TPG mobile and wants to enable the international roaming?

Hey Angeli,

 

Yeah, I have a TPG mobile. I remember before leaving Australia I enabled TPG roaming on the website.

Hi @nicsmorton ,

 

International roaming should be activated first to receive SMS and phone calls if you are overseas. Are you able to activate the international roaming service on your mobile? Could you send us your details via PM to better understand the situation?
