Overseas roaming

Hi. I am in the UK and my roaming isn't working for anything, calls, texts, data. All the advise I am reading is to login to my TPG online account to turn on roaming.

The log in to my account I need to receive a text, but this isn't working! Am I missing something here is this the most backward process of all time?

TPG not responding to emails. I need access to texts from Australia to log into work accounts. This is litterally costing me my livihood now as I can't work remotely.

Please can someone offer a solution this is unbelievable.

We recommend to always check if Roaming is needed and if yes, to activate it prior to overseas travel.
