I switched service providers from optus to tpg and now I cannot receive phone calls from optus numbers (says that "service is unavailable")
I have raised multiple tickets and I have also been charged ($20) for a new simcard tpg says would fix the issue.
My service was ported out on 18/04/2022 and the issue still continues.
I have been charged for 2 x months with optus as they say my service was not ported out successfully - that I should contact tpg regarding.
