Poor data coverage at Southbank,

I just subscribed to tpg however, it has very bad internet/data coverage. I can’t even view YouTube or Netflix on my phone. Bank transactions also difficult. I am using iphone 12 . Before this I use Telstra and the coverage was very good. I am very frustrated. I want to change provider. But I already pun credit on my account. Can I get a refund?
