Porting my number from my old employer

I have received a reject message for my attemp to transfer my number on to my new TPG mobile plan. Just wanted to find out what the problem is and if I need to provide more info. Ticket is 1194942601

Hi @mikeycu11,

 

Having had a look, it appears that the account number or DOB submitted during the port request didn’t match the losing service provider’s records. We will have one of our mobile specialists to contact you to further discuss the details and what needs to be done to progress the porting.
