Porting number issue

Hi i am having tpg service since last 8 months now i bought iphone 11 with vodafone plan and want to port my tpg number to vodafone and i am having problem in porting and didnot get porting code in text please help me

We were able to find your account using your community details.

 

We've managed to check your account and can confirm that we have not receive a port out notification from your gaining provider. The porting authorisation that is being sent via SMS must come from Vodafone.

 

We recommend that you contact the gaining provider to send a port out notification to TPG.

Vodafone has applies many attempts but everytime got rejected from yourside

We recommend that you escalate this case with Vodafone and advise them that we are not receiving a port out notification.
