Problem with calling

Hello TPG 

I can't make calls from my mobile and I get message like"Your account is about to expire please call TPG Support". Even though I have made the payments to the TPG. Please help me on this because I have important call to make.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our Customer support team. There was a billing issue, since the direct debit payment takes 3 to 4 working days to be posted.

The account was reactivated and the service should start working.
