I was supposed to be connected to tpg last Friday for my mobile seraphim and on Monday Telstra have disconnected my mobile from them. And from Monday to Friday my mobile HASNOT been working for my business calls. I waited all week for TPG to fix these issues only to go back to Telstra today (Friday) to get them to fix my issues and transfer me back to them and NOW require TPG to refund my money in FULL for you SH_THOUSE service and NO customer service.
