I am an international student trying to open a package from tpg. I'll be moving to Sydney soon and I would like to get/order a SIM before arriving, from tpg; but, to order I will be required to enter a phone number which starts with 04 . I would like to know how to order for tpg data services abroad or overseas and to collect it as I'll be reaching Sydney within a week too. Kindly help me with this. Thank you!
