HI there - my husband and I are coming back to Oz in one month's time, and I'd like to reactivate our mobile phone plans. I've emailed, but no one has responded yet. How can I get in touch with TPG to get this going and have the SIM cards there for when we arrive?
Yes, we did. We usually activiate when we are coming to Oz, and then cancel when we leave. I've usually just emailed to reactivate in the past. We currently don't have Australian mobile numbers, so I'm having issues trying to do new numbers through the TPG self-serve function on the website.
