We recently purchased a SIM for our Son, to use a mobile phone while traveling by himself. He is young, and we want to use the SIM for emergency.
Unfortunately, the phone number allocated to us is a recycled business number. We are constantly bombarded by spammy text message, password resent texts, wrong number phone calls, prank texts and so on.
3 to 4 calls per day, and up to 10 texts per day. We have been blocking as many as we can but they continue!
Is it possible to request for a new phone number to be allocated?
