I'm trying to login to my TPG account to turn on international roaming but I can't receive the verification SMS as I'm overseas. Can I use email or an authenticator app to verify please?

At this time, SMS verification is only available to authenticate the account to log in to "My Account." We will raise this with our mobile team to help us see what other options we have. Could you send us a PM with your details to help us better understand the situation?

Do you need to activate the roaming service of your TPG mobile number?
