Hi,

I have been told that my Sim card has been shipped on 11/09/2020 but havent yet received that. I live in Perth

Hi @saeidp , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID,Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.
