If you've chosen to receive a new number: Your activation will take up to 12 hours (including weekends)
If you're transferring your number to TPG: You will receive an authorisation code via SMS on your old SIM card that you must reply to. Your activation will then take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends)

I have got my new SIM card and have done all the steps to active it, even talked to a support staff member, he said it takes 1to 2 working days to get confirmation but hasn’t got yet. It’s been more than a week now. So how long does it take?
