SIM Plan Expiry

Currently I have a 10 GB SIM Plan and pay $30 per month. From the last 2 days, I am unable to make calls and send texts as I got notified that my account does not have sufficent balance and my SIM is about to expire. 
I have checked my online account I do not have any fees due. I have enough amount set aside in my card to pay for my monthly fees too. How could I get my SIM up and running?
