SIM card delivery

It has been over a week and still no SIM card what do I do

Hi @saracen1, 

The standard shipping of SIM card is 2-3 working days in major cities whilst 3-5 working days in rural. Although due to the pandemic, we now provide a timeframe of 10 working days. 

Any chance you can send in your TPG mobile number or account number via private message so we can check the status of the delivery?
