SIM card not arrived

Hi there,
Sim dispatched on 22/9 and yet to receive it. Any way to track where it is or if it’s lost.
I keep getting emails saying I should have received it by tpg.

Hi @Pheyworth , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and look into this.
