SIM card not received

Hi, I still haven’t received my SIM card even though I got an email saying it was shipped on 25th September? Can you please advise next steps?

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to help track the delivery of your SIM, please send us your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number together with the address on file).
