It has been over 10 days since ordering my SIM card and it has not been delivered. I would like to cancel my order as I am unable to wait any longer for an Australian SIM card. Please advise how to go about this, without an Australian phone to call your help line.
I sent a private message on 25/1 which still has not been responded to. I also contacted via email and after 5 days and several emails problem still has not been resolvedand I have been redirected to different people twice.
