SIM not provisioned

Hello TPG community,

 

I have had my SIM card for a while but have not used it in several months. When I put the SIM into my phone it says "SIM not provisioned" and I am unable to make/receive calls or use mobile data. I am on a PAYG prepaid SIM, so I topped up the prepaid amount but there was no change. I tried it in two phones and both did not work. I also tried turning flight mode on and off, as well as turning the phone on and off and this did not help.

 

Could you help me solve this?
