I was able to update my card details last month for my monthly sim card payment, but the payment this month seems to have failed to go through. With the new 2FA I am unable to log in to my account (as I am overseas and cannot receive the text message to my Aus number). I tried calling the 1300 number but it did not connect to anything. Hello TPG community,   I have had my SIM card for a while but have not used it in several months. When I put the SIM into my phone it says "SIM not provisioned" and I am unable to make/receive calls or use mobile data. I am on a PAYG prepaid SIM, so I topped up the prepaid amount but there was no change. I tried it in two phones and both did not work.
