please tell me why my TPG Sim network is suddenly unavailable from yesterday and my phone not allowed, and calls SOS only? I've tried fixing the problem by forced restart, network reset, taking the sim out, putting the phone in and out of aircraft mode, and checking the connection is in auto. Only the forced restart initially worked but this method also now fails. Tired to contact the TPG team
Asked me to restart again in 1 hour time still not working. Contacted Vodafone they said they said we have to contact TPG team because I am using TPG sim. Nothing is working. Could anyone help me .
