To Whomever this concerns,

 

I ordered a sim card replement about 2 weeks ago but it still hasen't arrived, Can anyone help out with this

Surely shouldn't take that long. Please send us a private message along with your TPG customer ID or account number and we'll have a look at the whereabouts of the SIM.
