Hi,
I have been waiting 18hrs thus far for my sim to complete the activation process. I am unable to make calls or log into my account (due to a text msg requirement).
I have sent numerous emails and no response.
Noting this was my 3rd attempt at gettting a sim card this whole process appears convoluded..
Where to from here TPG?
