Sim activation failure

Hi TPG
When I try to activate my new sim card (new phone number) it keeps saying activation failure, try again later.
I have been on the phone an hour waiting for support so now I’ll try online instead….
I need this up and running before New Year so please get back to me asap.

Are you still not able to activate your SIM card?

 

If yes, what browser are you using to access the page?

 

Can you try to use a different browser?

One of our customers tried to open the link to activate the SIM on Microsoft Edge and it was successful.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Still not working. Have tried all browsers on both computer, iPhone and Samsung phone but get the same failure message everytime.

Just downloaded Microsoft Edge but is getting the same activation failure on that browser as well
