Hi customer support
I’ve received the email that the phone number I had requested to port has been activated. But it’s still not working. I initiated the process at mid day Saturday(13/04/24). Message for activation was received at around 4 pm(13/04/24). It’s now Sunday evening and is still not working. I tried calling the customer service, waited for nearly 30 minutes twice but no one answered. Can someone please help me to fix this issue , I need my phone number working for my job and other matters.

The porting process will only start upon activation of your SIM. Is your data working?
