My sim is still awaiting service activation. It's been over 48 hours since sending the porting SMS. Why is it taking so long?

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to help see the status of the SIM activation to better understand the situation, send us your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with the address on file.
