Get online support
I got the message which says my sim card got dispatched on 24th March. My sim card has been activated already and my vodafone service provider has cancel their service but until today (9th April) I haven't receive my sim card. I haven't have network on my mobile phone for 4 days now and I cannot call the TPG customer service.
TPG team you told within 10 business days I will receive my sim card but its been 16 days already! Please find what might have gone wrong.
