Sim card delivery

Hi,
I ordered my sim 5 days ago and still waiting for my order to come. I cannot tract my order as there is no tracking sent via email. How do i know when will my order arrive. Its really frustating.

Hi @Umbreen, 

The SIM delivery usually takes up to 10 business days from the date it was sent out. If it is beyond the timeframe, we'll need to send you a replacement. Thus, if this happens, send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and contact details for processing.
