Sim not provisioned issue

Hi I just collected my sim card last night. It worked fine in Singapore. However it doesn't work today when i reach batam. I am using Samsung S7 edge and it show "sim not provisioned" error. Please advice how to resolved this. I can't make and receive any phone call and can't access to internet as well. My hp no is xxxxxxxxxx

Please understand that though TPG AU & TPG SG are under the same umbrella, TPG AU is still operating independently as a separate entity and has a different data base from TPG SG.
