Sim not registered on network

Hi

 

I have this TPG sim for over 10  years but i don't use it often.

Recently, I have noticed that the sim is not registed on net work and I can either make or receive call.

I have tried to contact the technical support but  couldn't get through.

 

Can someone please help? Many Thanks

I would recommend trying out basic troubleshooting steps from this Community article:
