Sim not supported when i. GERMANY

I am in Germany. Specially subscribe to your Simba Roam Plan for Germany Trip. When in Germany, it say the Sim Card not supported for both O2 and Vodafone network.
I will be in Germany for only 3 days.
Kindly assist Urgently
