My sim is not working from yesterday sometime it shows the network but after 15 minutes it goes .what may be the problem for this can you choose.I try to call you many time you do not response I am really trouble due to this problem.Thank you my number is 04xxxxxxxx

We've checked the account and it seems that you were able to reach our Mobile tech team yesterday. The troubleshooting that was provided didn't work and the case has now been escalated to our Engineering team for further investigation on what happened with the network.
