Simcard delay

I have not received new simcard, according tpg is only 1-2 business days.

Hi @amiroarojas, 

Is the SIM order for a new service or a replacement? You will receive an SMS and E-mail confirmation once your sim is shipped out. Delivery of SIM card is free of charge.

We also advise to allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Let us have the TPG customer ID or account number via PM so we can check the status of the order.
