Thanks for raising this to us. We'd like to confirm if you have activated the SIM if not yet, you may check this article for reference How to activate your TPG Mobile SIM card 

 

In the event that you have completed the activation procedure please send me your account details (Customer ID/Mobile nubmer on file) so we can make investigation with the mobile serivce.
