Still waiting for sim card

How long does take for a sim card to be posted out? I was hoping to change my service provider to TPG before the start of the month(August) but no card yet..

Sim card will be shipped out a day after we received your initial payment. 

Send us your TPG account details via PM for us to verify the delivery of your sim card.
