if the TPG dashboard showing the billing is 10Jul - 8Aug
When is the last date i have to activate my sim to switch out from TPG

WHY I HAVE TO PAY THE PORT OUT FEES WHEN THE QUALIFY OF THE PHONE SIGNAL IS BAD AT MY AREA?
i always can't receive call nor can't listen to the people voice when someone call me, you can try call me and you know how bad the signal of the services your network coverage is?
how can i file complaint to your company on this qualify of this services and still charge me on the port out fee, this is non-sense.
