Hi all,
I received my TPG sim in the mail and will be switching from Optus. I have a couple of questions :
1. I am on Optus postpaid month to month (no contract), once I make the switch, will Optus just cancel my plan and stop charging me?
2. What do I need to backup from my current phone? Is it just Contacts and messages? I will still be using the same iPhone just a different sim.

If you’re porting an existing mobile number to us, just keep using your old SIM card until it stops working, then that’s your cue to switch to your new TPG Mobile SIM card.
Yes, you may need to save your contacts and messages to your phone to ensure that you have your details.
