TPG Mobile Sim Card Replacement and Delivery

This article will help you with how to order, and track delivery of a new or replacement mobile Sim card

 

 

Ordering SIM card replacement

 

You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 1300 993 019. If you need a replacement SIM because you think your existing SIM card is faulty or damaged, our Mobile Technical Support Team can help with some troubleshooting to see if a replacement is needed. You can reach them on 1300 997 273.

 

Your old SIM card will be automatically deactivated once you have activated your new SIM. If your SIM has been lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as you can. Once we’ve been notified, we will bar your SIM to avoid any unauthorised usage.

 

 

SIM Card Delivery

 

Regardless of whether you are ordering a new SIM card or a replacement SIM card, your sim will be delivered via Australia Post Priority.

 

You will receive an SMS and E-mail confirmation once your sim is shipped out. Delivery of SIM card is free of charge.

 

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

No signature will be required on delivery as the envelope can fit in your letterbox.
