Troubleshooting guide for your TPG Mobile Service
You can try restarting the mobile service first with the TPG SIM card on it. If all the troubleshooting steps on the link has been exhausted and it's still not working, please PM us with your mobile number and full name so we can look into this.

No mobile signal OUTSIDE my house either ! Rechecked the TPG coverage maps and I think I may have misinterpreted the coverage at my address. Have now requested cancellation of my account as it's a lost cause and I guess I've done my $20.
