I have had trouble switching from Telstra to TPG. the first SIM card that I was sent to keep my existing phone number was activated at the start of the week, but I wasn’t getting any signal. Just SOS.
they have sent me out a replacement sim that has arrived today, it has been activated. But doesn’t seem to be my existing/ previous phone number and it now has signal but I cannot make phone calls or send messages!!!
