TPG network not found - phone not registered on network

TPG network not found - phone not registered on network

Can't make any calls.  When I search for available networks my phone finds Telstra network only.  Phone dropped off yesterday, is Vodafone network down?  Rebooted phone.  Have taken sim card and battery out and reinstalled.

Has the phone handset worked with TPG before?
